UNIVERSAL SOLUTION
The monoblock air conditioning units of the XD series are the answer to the market demand for universal systems capable of performing any air treatment process. The compact casing and modular equipment of the unit allow it to be adapted to various project requirements. A range of four sizes enables the selection of units with capacities from 3000 to 33000 m3/h and a cooling capacity range of 20 to 180 kW. The unification of structural elements, equipment components, and the use of an integral automation system shorten the production process and the commissioning time of the ventilation system.
The XD series units perform the air treatment process using the free-cooling effect. The configuration of the monoblock units includes EC fans and high-efficiency rotary heat recovery modules that meet the Ecodesign 2018 requirements.
THE COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
The XD series units serve as a replacement for classical solutions, such as a set comprising a sectional air handling unit, an automation system, and a cooling source, often supplied by several different providers. In exchange, we propose one complete unit, one controller managing the operation, and one service provider responsible for maintenance. The compact dimensions and freedom in configuring connections simplify the unit's installation and the design of the ventilation system. The design of the XD units allows for mounting the units on the roof, next to, or inside the building. By utilizing the list of available functional modules, the air treatment process can be configured entirely as needed.

UNIVERSAL SOLUTON for large scale facilities
The XD unit is the optimal solution for effective and comfortable air conditioning in large scale facilities.
To reduce operating costs, the unit is standardly equipped with a recuperator, a mixing chamber with a free cooling function, and a heating module. The order of use for individual components has been defined to minimize electricity consumption costs.
The use of electronically commutated (EC) fans radically improves the unit's energy efficiency.
MODULAR PRODUCT
The XD unit is a universal solution for the air treatment process in commercial buildings with an area ranging from 300 m2 to 2,000 m2 The use of multi-stage compressor systems allows for the optimization of cooling demand. The application of 50 mm insulation and axial fans with a reduced acoustic power level guarantees a low acoustic pressure level. The AHU's design enables side, bottom, and top connection of ventilation ducts.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF XD MONOBLOCK UNITS
We operate with full comprehensiveness. We will deliver the ordered equipment to the specified location at a time convenient for you. Our team of specialists will also handle the installation of the devices and the system startup. After the assembly is completed, we will conduct a series of tests and measurements to ensure that the system is functioning completely correctly. The findings from these measurements will be provided to you in the form of a report attached to the handover protocol.

ROOFTOP UNITS
This type of monoblock unit is primarily used in large-volume buildings. The units we produce are equipped with all the necessary components for comprehensive air treatment. Using RATHERM XD series units in a rooftop configuration eliminates the need to use multiple devices from different manufacturers. Everything you need is contained within one solid, aesthetic casing.
Monoblock units in a rooftop configuration are most often installed on the building's roof. This carries a number of benefits, such as: significant noise reduction, better ventilation, preservation of the building's aesthetics, and no need to occupy large internal space. Naturally, monoblock units can also be installed next to or inside the building.
