INSTALLATION OF XK COMPACT ROOFTOP AIR HANDLING UNITS WITH HEAT PUMP FUNCTION AND GAS HEATER

Ratherm has completed the modernization of the HVAC system at the Majaland amusement park in Gdańsk. The project included an on-site audit, equipment selection, installation, delivery (2023), and commissioning (2024). Four outdoor, compact plug-and-play supply and exhaust units with front outlets were utilized, equipped with a rotary enthalpy exchanger and a modulated gas heater.

The system's total capacity is 66,000 m³/h, with a heating capacity of 620 kW.

• Integrated BACnet/IP automation allows for an immediate start-up upon connecting the ducts and enables full remote supervision.
• EC fans ensure significantly quieter operation and reduced electricity consumption.
• The solution complies with Eco Design 2018 requirements.
• The system operates in VAV and free-cooling modes, meeting the PN-EN 16798 standard.

Remote diagnostics allow for quarterly inspections and minimize downtime.
