The R-BOX series of air handling units (AHUs) was created in response to the needs for designing and operating air handling units inside buildings. R-BOX units offer flexibility in configuring air treatment modules and a wide performance range. XB devices come factory equipped with a complete BMS-enabled automation system, allowing the unit to be commissioned immediately after installation and duct connection.
We distinguish between the XBS (sectional, indoor) and XBC (compact, outdoor) air conditioning units, which are universal systems capable of performing any air treatment process. The sectional or compact casing, along with the modular equipment of the unit, allows the device to be adapted to various project requirements. XB series devices perform the air treatment process using the free cooling effect. The configuration of the units includes EC fans and high-efficiency rotary and counter flow heat recovery modules, meeting the requirements of ECO-DESIGN 2018.

The XBS series of compact units is a new range of ventilation and air conditioning devices offered by HVAC RATHERM. The new units are the result of continuous development and refinement in the production of monoblock systems. The use of the latest technologies, advanced material engineering, and the introduction of innovative structural solutions have allowed us to create a product that meets customer expectations.
This range of units allows for individual configuration, starting from simpler ventilation versions to solutions that meet full comfort requirements. HVAC RATHERM units enable optimal energy recovery from exhaust air. Rotary, plate, and glycol heat recovery exchangers meet the requirements of Ecodesign 2018.
